Our service consists of AI agents operating through WhatsApp for customer service and sales.

1.2. Usage restrictions

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, access restricted areas, interfere with platform operation, or share credentials with third parties.

We collect the following data types:

• Service usage data
• Device and browser information
• Cookies and similar technologies
• Interaction data with the AI agent
• Session recordings and behavior analytics

2.5. Slever AI Google integrations

We provide Slever AI through Slever Alavanca de Vendas LTDA. The following rules apply specifically to information received from Google APIs and take precedence over general marketing and analytics descriptions on this page.

We access Google user data only after an authorised client user connects a Google account and grants the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen. The integration may process:

Google Calendar and Meet: We read calendar names and identifiers and free or busy availability, and create, update, and cancel calendar events for your configured scheduling flows. When you enable open meeting access, we update the Google Meet space access setting for the meeting we schedule. We read conference metadata, participant records, and participant sessions to calculate attendance. We do not access recordings, transcripts, chat messages, or meeting media.

Google Ads account data: We read accessible account identifiers and names, manager-account relationships, eligible conversion actions, and campaign and ad performance. We use them to let you select an account, map conversion events, and view advertising reports in your workspace. Our reporting feature does not create or edit advertising campaigns.

Google Ads conversion data: We send event time, transaction identifier, captured gclid, wbraid, or gbraid, and conversion value and currency when available to your selected destination through Google's Data Manager API. Only when you enable Enhanced Conversions for Leads and accept Google's customer-data terms, we also send SHA-256 hashes of normalised email and phone.

Google Sheets: We access only the spreadsheet files you select through Google Picker and authorise for the integration. We read file and worksheet identifiers, names, headers, and cell values for your configured automations. When you configure a write action, we append or update the selected cells. We use file-specific Drive access and do not request access to all files in your Drive.

We use this data only for your connected workspace's scheduling, meeting access and attendance, advertising reports, account discovery, conversion mapping and delivery, and configured spreadsheet automations. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, access is scoped to the client, and no client can access another client's Google data.

We send only the data required for the selected Google feature to Google APIs. We do not sell Google user data, use it for Slever advertising, or share it with unrelated third parties.

We retain encrypted OAuth grants and connection settings while the connection is active or paused for reactivation. You can permanently delete the connection in Slever AI to remove its stored credential, revoke access in your Google Account, and request deletion of stored integration records at admin@slever.com.br. Revocation stops future access but does not automatically erase previously stored records. We retain records only as needed for the service and applicable legal or security obligations.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
